Yes, you can bring your vehicle to us right away, but you must contact us first. Scheduling online is the fastest way to get started.
First, get to safety
- Pull over to a safe location away from traffic
- Turn on your hazard lights
- If you cannot safely move the vehicle, stay inside with your seatbelt on and call for help
Contact us before dropping off
We understand you need help now. You can absolutely bring your vehicle to us today, but do not drop it off without contacting us first. Call, text, email, or book online so we have your info.
Use your roadside assistance
Before paying out of pocket for a tow, check if you already have coverage:
- AAA membership, call your AAA number
- Insurance roadside assistance, included on many policies
- Credit card benefits, some cards offer roadside assistance
If you arrange your own tow to Atlas, TechNet warranty customers may be eligible for reimbursement. Save your receipt and contact TechNet at 866-588-0728.
If we are closed
No problem. Schedule your appointment online, or leave a voicemail, text, or email, and we will confirm as soon as we open. If you can identify your vehicle in the drop box with a name and number, even better.
